We sell directly to the end user, and not to a trading company, which sells on the electricity it buys from you.As OZEOS, we match-make the producers of green energy with their best-match end users. The most important thing in this match-making is the consumption profile matching with an electricity production profile, which allows for optimising of the cost balancing.

Our platform allows you to sign contracts for even as long as 10 years! However, the actual duration of the cPPA will be decided by the parties to the transaction themselves.

Thanks to the agreement with the Balance Responsible Party (BRP), in the case of renewable energy shortage, energy from other sources will be provided. A mix of "green" and "black" energy will be delivered. The amount of energy required from the Balance Responsible Party for our company to work properly will depend on the usage profile in comparison to the production profile of green energy. Thanks to this comparison, we will be able to see when green energy is going to be supplied and when various shortages or surpluses could occur. The green energy market has now matured enough in Poland, so this kind of balancing is possible. Such a Balance Responsible Party could be, for example, a company selling electricity (with a trading licence), such as Veolia, Energa, Tauron, Enea, PGE and many others.

The energy comes directly from renewable source, such as a solar or wind farm. The purchaser will purchase the energy directly from a specific provider / facility. The offers will be prepared by the experienced OZEOS team. This will be done partially using the platform and its functionalities and partially by the team member responsible for the given quotation. As the platform develops, we plan for it to be able to generate quotations completely autonomously.

Yes, the agreement protects the interests of both parties to the transaction. It will include provisions for situations of non-delivery of the guaranteed volume of electricity. If there is a shortfall in the production and it has to be made up by OZEOS buying electricity on the open market, the producer will cover the difference in price. We work with a law firm specialising in energy law and provide our customers with a full legal service.

The PPA will be signed by representatives of both entities, i.e., the electricity producer and the end customer. The agreement with the Balance Responsible Party (BRP) will be tripartite, i.e., signed by the electricity producer, the BRP and the end customer. The contract with OZEOS is independent of the PPA’s. We support the whole process, but we are not party to the PPA’s.

The file with your company's energy profile is a summary of electricity consumption over a period of at least 12 months. The longer the period is presented in the file, the easier it will be for us to prepare the most suitable offer for the physical supply of energy.

The file should be in tabular form, where electricity consumption will be given in hourly or 15-minute time intervals.

You will receive such a file from your Distribution System Operator (DSO). All you have to do is contact your DSO with such a request.
