Wymagania te maj\u0105 na celu zapewnienie bezpiecznej pracy systemu elektroenergetycznego, utrzymywanie odpowiednich poziom\u00f3w cz\u0119stotliwo\u015bci w sieci oraz efektywne wykorzystanie po\u0142\u0105czonych europejskich system\u00f3w elektroenergetycznych i przy\u0142\u0105czonych do nich zasob\u00f3w.<\/p><p>Wytyczne w zakresie SOGL zosta\u0142y opisane w Rozporz\u0105dzeniu Komisji (UE) 2017\/1485, natomiast je\u017celi chodzi o polskie przepisy, to wytyczne zosta\u0142y opublikowane w Dzienniku Urz\u0119dowym UE w dniu 25 sierpnia 2017 r., wesz\u0142y w \u017cycie w dniu 14 wrze\u015bnia 2017 r. Za ich opracowanie odpowiedzialny by\u0142 Operator Systemu Przesy\u0142owego Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.<\/p><p>W praktyce, wszystkie jednostki wytw\u00f3rcze typu B, C i D, do kt\u00f3rych zalicza si\u0119 wszystkie modu\u0142y wytwarzania energii (MWE), kt\u00f3rych warto\u015b\u0107 mocy zainstalowanej \u017ar\u00f3d\u0142a wytwarzania energii elektrycznej jest wi\u0119ksza lub r\u00f3wna 0,2 MW, musz\u0105 przesy\u0142a\u0107 prognoz\u0119 wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z uwzgl\u0119dnieniem potrzeb w\u0142asnych i planowanych przestoj\u00f3w na kilka dni w prz\u00f3d.<\/p><p>Dane te, wytw\u00f3rcy zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 wysy\u0142a\u0107 do operatora sieci, do kt\u00f3rego pod\u0142\u0105czona jest ich instalacja, czyli do Operatora Sieci Dystrybucyjnej lub Operatora Sieci Przesy\u0142owej.
